Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Shelv ("the Service"), operated by Shelv Space LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Shelv is a wholesale CRM platform for independent makers. The Service provides tools for managing store relationships, drafting outreach, tracking pipeline activity, and publishing a public maker profile. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Accounts are associated with a single maker business (organization). You may not share your account with third parties outside your organization.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited or deceptive communications to stores or retailers
• Upload content that is false, misleading, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another maker or business

5. Public maker profiles

You may elect to publish a public profile at shelv.space/profile/[your-slug]. By enabling your public profile, you represent that the information you publish is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You may disable your public profile at any time from your settings. Shelv is not responsible for how third parties use or share your public profile URL.

6. Subscription and billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription (except during free beta periods). Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (store data, outreach drafts, product information, etc.). You grant Shelv Space LLC a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell or share your business data with third parties for advertising purposes.

8. AI features

The Service includes AI-powered features (outreach drafting, store discovery, voice studio) powered by third-party AI providers including Anthropic and Google. Content generated by these features is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for any communications sent using AI-drafted content.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted, unless earlier deletion is requested.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." Shelv Space LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
